This year’s auction was a rip roaring success and it was great to see many students and staff there to fight it out for the vast array of items on offer. The auction took place on Friday 9th December at 12pm in Space.Neil Gow has to be the undisputed champion auctioneer, with his blend of humour and eagle eyedness, proceedings went swimmingly.
Many of the items on offer created a bidding frenzy and the business students modelled the items and helped to keep proceedings flowing and created an event which allowed many successful bidders leave with a smile on their face!
The charity which will benefit from the money raised is Henshaw's Society for Blind People and the total cash pot came to £395. An excellent sum of money!
